Since being reintroduced as a sport at the Club in 1997, the Lawn Croquet Club has become one of South Africa’s strongest. With four full-size croquet tournament lawns located at Auckland Park, all of which are equipped with floodlights, allow members and guests to enjoy quality training or just a social game throughout the day and into the evening.

Our very own, Victor Dladla, is the full-time Croquet Club administrator who ensures that the lawns are beautifully maintained at all times. With a tremendous resume of international competitions and numerous wins, Victor has made himself available for private coaching lessons should you wish to brush up on your game.

For corporate and private parties, a three-quarter sized croquet lawn near the main clubhouse can be sub-divided into smaller lawns for social games of “golf croquet”. For corporate events, croquet days are extremely popular and are an excellent activity for company teambuilding, a social day out or to keep your guests occupied at weddings.
